Salary Finance Services Agreement

The Service Agreement will govern the contractual relationship between you and Salary Finance and consists of an Order Form followed by Terms and Conditions. We have also included the Salary Finance Standard Operational Process FAQs to help you better understand the payroll processes.

Employee Base Assessment

This short form is required for us to complete our internal diligence process and also gives us the information we need to be able to provide detailed management information specific to your workforce.

On the Order Form, please fill in the following (where highlighted):

1. Complete your company details

Please fill in the company name, registered address and company number. The company details must be for the business entity you are contracting under. This should be the entity that is the employer of your staff (i.e. the entity that enters into employment agreements with your staff).

2. Fill in your estimated launch date

We ask for an estimated date at this point to give us an indication of your desired launch timeline. If timelines shorten or delays occur as the project progresses we can agree a revised launch date with you via email which will supersede the estimated date in the services agreement. 

3. Select the products you want to take 

Simply delete [Yes] or [No] in the “Selected Product” column in the Salary Finance FinWell Benefits table on the Order Form to tell us which products you wish to take. 

The "Learn" product is access to our financial education material and is included with all of our products as standard and at no cost so please do not remove this.

4. Add details for your "Main Contact"

This is the person in your business who is leading on the implementation, launch and ongoing relationship with Salary Finance.

5. Add details for your DPO

If you do not have a Data Protection Officer, please put "N/A".

6. Fill in the signature box

Fill in your company's name and your authorised signatory’s name and position in the signature box.

7. E-Signing

Let us know if you want to make use of our e-signature software to sign the contract. Please provide your authorised signatory's email address to your Salary Finance point of contact so we can send the contact directly to them for e-signature.

Please reach out to your Salary Finance point of contact who will answer your queries or pass them onto the relevant person in the Salary Finance wider team.

What is the Operational Schedule?

This is a table of dates that your payroll team will determine during the implementation project. They will be tailored to fit in with the BAU activities of the team and formally agreed and signed off before launch. You can access a draft Operational Schedule here for your reference.
