Removing the taboo around money: How to enable culture change

Webinar: 26 March 2020, 11:00 - 11:45 am

The taboos associated with money are still prevalent in our society. The Employer's Guide to Financial Wellbeing 2019-20 found that only 14% of UK employees feel able to talk openly about money in the workplace. You can create policies, but without the right culture, it's extremely difficult to embed change in your organisation. There isn't a quick-fix, but there are many ways to get going, even if you don't have a formal strategy or big budgets.

In this 45 minute webinar we will cover:

  • Senior leadership: how to overcome the mindset challenge
  • How to lead from the top
  • The importance of living your values
  • Create a culture of openness
  • The new employee-employer contract
  • Developing adult-to-adult conversations

PLUS

Hear from one of the UK's most respected HR leader, Andrew Armes, UK Head of Talent Acquisition at Roche. His five-point checklist will cover key areas such as story-telling, rewarding contribution, creating connections, recruitment and promotions and, of course, leadership.

Finally
The webinar will conclude with a live Q&A session.
